Fruit and Fruit Fleas!

How many of us have had the problem with trying to get rid of fruit knats/fleas after having fruit in the house? Ever worry they will harm your plants?

1. Here is a simple three week solution to get rid of them! Apple cider vinegar in a jar. Then take some plastic wrap (saran wrap) and cover the jar lid. Poke holes in the wrap with a thumb tack and place near your fruit! The fleas/knats are attracted to it and die off after all the eggs have hatched.

2. You can also take some wine and dish soap mix together and leave in a open glass. They will be attracted and drowned.

3. You can take a couple drops of dishsoap and add it to 2 cups water in a spray bottle. Then spray your plants to knats and fleas around your plants.
